Hello everyone! Planning events, get togethers, dinners, weddings, birthdays and everything in between has always been a passion of mine. I love making plans and coordinating all the details of anything wether it be dinner, birthdays, weddings, showers or anniversaries. Now at 40 I am finally trying to follow my dreams and have an event planning business. Following my passion now is very exciting to me. Ultimate Wedding Planning Package
$3800
The whole deal!
We work with you from your engagement until send off at reception, and we walk with you for everything in between. We will start with a detailed meeting to understand your vision for your wedding, themes you like, color scheme. In this meeting we will give you worksheets for budget, guests, bridal party, and checklists, that you will return to us by a certain time so we can get started planning the day of your dreams. We will send two to three options to choose from for every decision to be made, to take the stress and overwhelming feeling away. Includes coordination.

Platinum Wedding Planning
$2100
This package is for the couple who have already started planning wedding and already has budget, guest list, vision, some vendors already, and are just getting too stressed and overwhelmed and just want someone else to take over. Includes coordination.
Let us take what you have already and take the stress away!
Destination Weddings
$3500 plus travel fees (transportation & hotel)
All planning, contacting vendors in the chosen destination, handling booking, final payments to vendors, and everything that needs to be done to plan a destination wedding. Includes coordination at destination.
If you only want us to plan and handle details of wedding but not travel there for coordination, then travel fees will not be added to package price.
Coordinator Only
Day of: $700. Month of: $1200

Finalizing plans week of, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner coordination & ceremony and reception coordination. For details or questions, contact us.

Day of Itinerary/Timeline, contact vendors, finalizing all payments and finalizing plans and all details including the little details, set up decor day of that isn’t handled by vendors, coordination of last dress and attire fittings, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception coordination. Bridal Showers
$600 for 50 guests or less. $800 for 50-100 guests. Travel Fees (fuel) depends on distance, if local no travel fees apply.
Includes all planning, invitations, decor, cake fee, and coordination.
Venue & Caterers fees are paid by client.
Baby Showers
$600 for 50 guests or less. $800 for 50-100 guests. Travel fees (fuel) depends on distance, if local no travel fees apply.

Dinner Parties
$600 for 50 guests or less. $800 for 50-100 guests. Contacts us for pricing if over 100 guests

Elopement/Micro Wedding

This is for small weddings with max of 50 guests! Let us plan your small intimate wedding!
50% Non-refundable Retainer required to hold date and start work. Remaining balance due 15 days before event, except for month of, day of, dinner parties, birthdays, showers, and anniversaries in which case remaining balance is due 48 hours before event, remaining balance for destination weddings due 30 days before departure.
